TimelineSystem is built for law firms and litigation teams that require defensible chronology workflows. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the controls we apply to protect matter data.

  • Matter content: uploaded files, extracted timeline events, citations, review actions, and export artifacts.
  • Operational telemetry: access logs, API request metadata, audit events, and diagnostic traces.

2. How We Use Information

  • Operate and secure the service, including authentication, authorization, and incident detection.
  • Process legal records into citation-backed timelines and export packages.
  • Provide defensibility features such as immutable-style audit trails and manifest verification.
  • Support service improvement, reliability analysis, and customer-requested troubleshooting.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell customer data. We may share data only with vetted infrastructure subprocessors, under confidentiality and security obligations, or when required by law.

Event-level activity logging for review transitions, exports, and ingestion actions.

5. Retention and Deletion

Customer data is retained according to contract terms, configured retention settings, and legal obligations. Upon valid termination or deletion requests, TimelineSystem supports controlled deletion workflows.

6. Customer Rights and Requests

Customers may request access, correction, export, or deletion assistance through their authorized admin contact. We process requests consistent with applicable law and contractual commitments.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. Material updates are posted with a revised effective date.
